What are the exceptions to your return policy?

Our return policy has a few exceptions, such as items that are personalized, opened electronics, and perishable goods.

Can I return a personalized item if I change my mind?

Unfortunately, personalized items cannot be returned unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival.

What about opened electronics? Can I still return them?

Opened electronics can only be returned if they are faulty. Otherwise, they are considered final sale.

Are there any exceptions for clothing items?

Yes, clothing items can be returned if they are unworn and have the original tags attached, but clearance items are final sale.
